At OperaVPS, we strive to provide high-quality and reliable services to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes expectations may not be met. That’s why we offer a 72-hour full money-back guarantee for eligible orders. Please review the following terms and conditions that govern our refund policy.
72-Hour Full Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your VPS or RDP service, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of your initial purchase. Please note that:

Setup fees are non-refundable.

You must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction so our support team can try to resolve the issue first. If the problem cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be issued based on the usage and situation.
Refund Requests We Do Not Accept
Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

Ordering the service by mistake

Slow speed to a specific host (network performance depends on many external factors)

Inability to use the service due to travel or vacation

Attempting to use the service for restricted activities (e.g., dating sites, surveys, etc.)

Change of mind after purchase

Lack of technical knowledge to use VPS/RDP (our support team is available to assist you)

Attempting to use hacking, brute-force, or spamming tools
Important Notes

Disputes & Chargebacks: Opening a dispute or chargeback without contacting our support will void any eligibility for a refund and will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your service. By placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Violation of Terms: No refund will be issued if our Terms of Service are violated under any circumstances.

KYC Verification: For security reasons, if your account is involved in any suspicious or illegal activity, we may request identity verification (KYC) before processing any refund.

Cryptocurrency Payments: We do not issue refunds for payments made via Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.

Refund Requests with KYC Requirement: In certain cases, we may request KYC even if the refund is requested within 72 hours. If the client fails to complete the KYC process, the refund will be declined.
We may also require one-time KYC verification for clients who reach a specific payment threshold in our system, regardless of refund status.
